1) Where can I use my Freo Pay postpaid limit?

You can transact on any brick and mortar store by scanning QR code or while shopping online, use your Freo Pay ID to transact on any online merchants.


2) What is the billing cycle?

The billing cycle is from the 1st to the end of the month. All your transactions are consolidated in a single statement and a bill is generated the next day.


3) When is the repayment due date?

You have to repay by 5th of the month, else further transactions will not be allowed and late fees of 10 / day will be added for every day after 5th, which will be capped at 250. 18% GST will be added on top.


4) Can I send money to my friend?

No, you can only transact on different merchants, transferring money to non-merchants is not allowed.


5) Can I withdraw money using my Freo Pay account?

No, you can only transact on different merchants, withdrawing money to your account is not allowed.
